Yesterday 24.04.19 a training "Business letter" from TV presenter TNV, Director of production Studio, practicing coach Gulnara Timurshina was held. How to make a persuasive letter for instantly wanted to call back and start cooperation; how to work with aggressive customers to keep the "face" of the company and not to offend. These and many other important issues were dealt with during the training.

Betar employees actively participated in the process, immediately applying new knowledge in practice. The training was positive and easy. After training there were a lot of positive emotions and invaluable knowledge that will help in further work.
